I think it's a Hawkeye thing. No matter how much of a disaster they are, people are always into Hawkeyes!
Sort of internally? I mean Hutts can reproduce asexually but they perv on all other species.
But what WOULD this city do with someone who just didn't have any external sex organs?????? Just be like "use your hands/whatever orifice you have"???
